Collect market information and conduct price & cost, and portfolio analysis Manage key accounts and related sales opportunities on a daily basis Lead and work with internal team to win RFQ and manage projects till MP. Coordinate with PMs, PDs, acoustic teams, and production teams to ensure commitments of delivering qualified results to customers Regularly visit customers, install positive corporate reputations and build strong professional relationship with customers.

Generate sales leads from existing or new customers; lead sales team to win awards and new projects to meet business goals. 3. Lead US team to manage existing accounts and develop new accounts; cultivate short- to long- term customer relationship. 4. Facilitate regular customer visits and establish appreciated company image. 5. Work closely with internal PM and engineering to fulfill customers‘ requirement and ensure all existing projects move smoothly from Proto to NPI to MP to EOL. 6. Act as a liaison between US customers and Taiwan HQ.

1. Study, analyze, and optimize acoustic transducer design and Provide design support and recommendations to customers during product design stage 2. Create and review product specifications; and publish application notes, and presentation reports 3. Guide and assist the R&D and engineer team of the company to satisfy customers’ requirements 4. Analyze product data, test product samples, and make suggestions on measures to optimize designs and interface with customers to define optimal and manufacturable products and to fix product issues 5. Help the company to introduce new products applying cutting-edge acoustic technology and assist Sales Team to secure businesses 6. Provide technical training to internal personnel and study on audio related topics to improve product performance
JOB FUNCTION: Perform dispatching and clerical support duties RESPONSIBILITIES: • Maintains an up-to-date listing of buses and assigned drivers • Assures ready access to an up-to-date route sheet for each scheduled route • Maintains cordial working relationships with assigned drivers • Checks driver’s licenses and medical card to ensure that drivers have a valid operation requirement • Demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of roads and street in California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming • Ensures driver log books are accurate and on time • Operate two-way communication with drivers and clients, company cell phone will be provided at convenience • Communicate with department employees, dispatching to needed locations to respond to routine requests or emergency situations • Maintain or assist in maintaining assigned files and records • Communicate with, businesses, government organizations • Maintain current knowledge of routes and locations to assure timely services and accurate information • Perform a variety of clerical support duties as assigned; type correspondence, emails, purchase orders and invoices; answer telephone, route calls or messages; prepare and process requisitions • Operate standard office machines. • Maintain regular attendance, weekend and weekday after hour on call duty shift • Basic record-keeping techniques • Interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy • Knowledge on health and safety regulations (Department of Transportation) • Understand and follow oral and written directions • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing • Type at an acceptable rate of speed • Work cooperatively with others • Must be able to work under pressure/critical thinking at emergency • Outside driving is required (company car will be provided) EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • High school diploma, Bachelor Degree in administrate or any other majors. •One year dispatching experience is preferred.
