As a hardware engineer complete assigned project until product end of life, including creates schematics, check layout, component survey, specification and datasheet study, motherboard and system bring up, bug fix, customer issues analyze; even support colleague‘s project the same. • Responsible for or help to create/study specifications, find solutions including select parts and vendors, schematics drawing, layout check, BOM creation, and debugging and testing of motherboard/add-on card for project needs. • Co-work/communicate with Supermicro external vendors, customer, Supermicro internal function team including PM, Purchaser, BIOS/SW/ME/LAB/Production engineer when project needs. • Create fluent technical documentation including product specifications, layout guidelines, test procedures, etc. • Resolve complicated issues and drive to root cause on critical engineering problems. • Transfer products to manufacturing with clear documentation, and help C.M. and technical support to solve problems. • Short term business trip to support HQ project when needed. • Project maintenance.電機工程學類,電子工程學類
