Our HR Department in Taiwan - location is looking for a high caliber Head of HR - Taiwan Your Responsibilities: 1. Assume responsibility for all business units and functions in the location operating as the privileged single point of contact for all HR queries. 2. Provide support to managers in the area of responsibility to achieve Development, Performance Management and Employee Engagement objectives by supporting the definition & implementation of the necessary people actions and interventions. 3. Steer business results by supporting the definition & implementation of the necessary people actions & interventions to successfully execute the business strategy. 4. Drive the execution of the end-to-end HR lifecycle activities in the respective business area to support the company’s Mission, Vision and Strategy. 5. Provide expert advice on all matters relating to the development of the organization and executional capability of teams and individuals. 6. Be accountable for the service performance and operational efficiency and effectiveness of the local HR Shared Services team, processes and systems 7. Ensure that local HR Operations services – HR administration and Payroll - are delivered according to the agreed SLAS in terms of timeliness, quality, budget and compliance 8. Manage the operational aspects of local payroll, administrative processes, HRIS and delivering day-to-day services to all employees and managers 9. Implement global HR processes locally and ensure compliance 10. Provide high quality and consistent advice and support in a cost-effective and efficient way to positively impact on customer effectiveness, efficiency and confidence Your ideal profile: 1. Broad generalist HR experience gained across a variety of businesses, markets, cultures 2. International HR experience (international HR projects and processes) 3. Experience of using HR software solutions 4. Practical, in-depth knowledge of HR administrative procedures 5. At least three years of customer-facing experience in an HR/ payroll administrative or support role, in a high-volume, fast-paced, multi-cultural work environment 6. Solid understanding of HR processes and systems, particularly payroll-related 7. Excellent understanding of Employment Law and ability to put knowledge into practice 8. Technical skills: *Solid experience in business partner, employee relations, employment law *Project Management *Conflict management *Influencing *Language Skills: Fluent in English and Chinese plus another Asian language would be of advantage *IT proficiency: Proficient in the use of MS Office tools *Ability to anticipate, identify, diagnose and resolve employee issues affecting business performance *Ability to work independently with tight timelines and multiple priorities in a fast paced environment *Ability to establish relationships with all levels of an organization

Your Role: We are seeking a talented, results oriented and experienced-in-field person who can support our HR activities. This role will be a single point of contact for all recruitment, training and C&B activities needed for Commercial business. The position is also responsible for the full aspects and communication of HR. Responsibilities: Payroll: • Maintains Local & Expat payroll, benefits entry and notification to appropriate vendors. • Coordinate various compensation-related activities to ensure that the organization’s payroll is processed accurately and on time. • Enters in a timely manner and ensures accuracy of employee data in HR system, including, but not limited to details of contracts of employment for new hires, internal transfers, promotions, etc. • Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant. Recruitment: • Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies. • Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process. • Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics. Training & Development: • Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, performance appraisal and regular consultation with business partners. • Managing the delivery of training and development programs and evaluating the programs; • Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met. Qualifications • A minimum of three years of working experience in Generalist HR role with hands on experience in Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits and Training & Development • Strong knowledge of current labor rules and regulations is a must. • Good PC applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Strong English skills

職責要求 1. Partner with team leads closely to identify team-specific HR related issues and improvement opportunities. 2. Drive multiple stakeholders and integrate resources to implement the team-specific HR solutions. Assist team leads in all kinds of organizational changes and management from the most critical HR projects to the administrative process. Ensure that all the HR projects are implemented smoothly and bring noticeable impact to the teams. 8. Establish and manage strong relationships and engagement with staff at all levels. 9. Be a trusted partner that the staff is willing to reach you proactively for career or personal consultancy. 10. Use quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills to identify potential opportunities of improvement for our team and people.
