〈Job description〉 1. Developing and maintaining modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM system). 2. Building and configuring CRM forms, views, dashboards and workflows. 3. Developing CRM plug-ins using C#. 4. Developing SSRS reports using Microsoft SQL and Fetch XML. 5. Effectively utilize SDK and 3rd party tools such as XRM Toolbox for administration of CRM system. 6. Working closely with other teams for completion of projects related to the CRM system. 7. Writing technical specifications for planned work. 8. Mocking up specifications for our overseas Live Services team, and facilitating the completion, testing and deployment of development projects. 9. Working with internal support members to resolve technical issues with servers, SQL, SSRS and other related technologies to the internal CRM system. 10. Maintaining code repository(Git). 11. Support of the web application including fixing issues. 〈Requirements〉 1. More than three years of experience in ASP.Net, C#. 2. Familiar with JavaScript and HTML. 3. Familiar with SQL Server. 4. Familiar with REST/RESTful API and JSON. 5. Comfortable using Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code and source control tool. 〈Plus requirements〉 1. POSITION SUMMARY The incumbent is responsible for providing strategic Human Resources services and assisting with the development, implementation, and maintenance of various projects, as well as assisting the overall office administration process. Specific responsibilities include talent development, organization design, performance management, employee relations, remuneration, and policy development as directed by the Head of Human Resources, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
