Scope of Work (Service level and KPI required) 1. Responsible to support all related planning and optimization tasks for WCDMA network & upcoming LTE projects. 2. Require minimum 5 years of experience in Radio WCDMA experience or 3 years in LTE. 3. Required to provide analysis of KPIs and perform problem investigation to improve network quality issues. 4. Required to assist customer VIP problem investigation. 5. Required to co-ordinate planning and optimization tasks between internal NSN and customer. 6. Required to support customer for troubleshooting and network performance improvement activities. 7. Require familiarity with Mapinfo Nemo Outdoor measurement tool and Actix Analyzer post analysis tool 8. Required to provide analysis of neighbour relations and follow up implementation of corrections. 9. Required to assist network rehoming tasks, drive test routes and define field measurement requirements. 10. Required to complete KPI reporting and performance review reports for rollout tasks (e.g network upgrade or new feature enabling). 11. Required to assist Special Event planning and provide remote and/or on-site support. 12. Required to contact NPO partners for drive testing organization when required. 13. Required to familiar with network optimization scope and setup the process in care team. 14. Required to support implementation of new RAN features, and tuning of RAN database parameters.

Job Summary: As a Solution Engineer in NetApp‘s Sales function, you are responsible for providing presales and post-sales support for selling NetApp‘s Products and Professional Services to existing and potential customers. You will utilize your excellent technical and relationship building skills in working with vendors, partners and sales to ensure that optimum systems solutions are provided to customers. In this entry-level professional position your overall focus areas will be in supporting and developing processes and systems for quick and thorough responses to customer RFP‘s, provide systems configuration recommendations, and apply your background and experience to deliver solutions to technical problems. Essential Functions: The essential responsibilities of the Solution Engineers are to work directly with the NetApp sales team to support customers in pre-sales and post sales situations, and to work effectively across functions with other NetApp employees in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Development areas. Specific responsibilities include: - Primarily responsible for internal technical needs such as demo set up, lab set up and assisting other System Engineering or Sales Rep needs - Respond to customer needs and requirements as directed by senior SE‘s or SR‘s - Assist with elements of a customer‘s technical computing environment. - Answer customer questions. - Provide technical support to current customer and ‘try-and-buy‘ test projects. - Support customer acceptance criteria for ‘try-and-buy‘ evaluation projects. - Pick up and deliver NetApp evaluation test system to customer site. Requirements: - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills are needed in order work successfully with prospects, customers, and cross functional teams to meet performance goals. - Account management and project management experience. - Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a customer facing environment. - Ability to follow standard engineering principles and practices. - Creative approach to problem solving. - Travel to the prospective customer‘s sites as necessary.
