1.Process recipe development, cost reduction, yield improvement and process optimization for high volume manufacturing.
2.Capacity improvement, equipment selection, start up and volume ramp for all respective semiconductor process equipment.
3.Collaborate with Equipment and Manufacturing Teams
4.Establishment of the process engineering and related business processes necessary to run the tools in production, as well as their documentation according to quality standards.
5.Develop and train the process technicians. Create materials and perform training of technicians working on tools in the area.
6.Ensure close interaction with equipment suppliers.
7.Advanced trouble shooting of semiconductor process issues.
8.Trace data analysis.
9.Responsibe for all daily process engineering tasks including performance tracking, continuous improvement and cost reduction programs.
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in ChE, Materials Science, Physics or Chemistry.
Minimum Experience Required:
1.Experience in dry and wet etching processing.
2.Understanding of etch & general processing techniques/concepts.
1.Experience in high volume semiconductor or MEMs manufacturing.
2.Ability to communicate and present technical concepts and analysis in an effective manner.
3.Experience with SPC and DOE.
4.FMEA, fault tree and other structured problem-solving approaches.
