1. OEM / ODM 客戶RFI/RFQ 跟催 (報價, 議價, 簽訂合約) , 提供完善的客製品需求服務，達成客戶需求 

2. 訂單管理( FCST , 交貨, 達成率, 物料追蹤等) 

3. 定期報告各客戶下單及業績狀況 

4. 提醒客戶應收帳款情形，定期檢視客戶現行付款期限是否合理 

5. 即時反應客戶抱怨及協助客戶解決產品、出貨流程、退貨重工等相關的問題，並提出解決之道，以提高客戶滿意度。跟催維修品以提供良好的售後服務 

6. 開發潛在客戶，拓展市場 

7. 充當客戶與各部門間的橋樑, 維繫穩定客戶關係。 

8. 負責產品報價及產品展示，並處理帳款回收相關事宜。

1. Develop business strategy with key stakeholders; plan and communicate business activities to meet top line & bottom-line objectives. 

2. Develop trust relationships internally and externally to ensure business plan carried out 

3. Acquired a thorough understanding of customer issues, needs and requirements 

4. Ensure right products, services and information are conveyed to customers in timely fashion 

5. Serve as the link of communication and equilibrium between customer and internal team to get things done and build the trust 

6. Play as integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships 

7. Prepare regular and requested reports for business plan/progress/analysis. 

8. Share with internal team market/competitor intelligence 

9. Working with regional office to be successful in aligned business objectives 

10. Plan forecast, sales projection and operation management.

1. Execute the company sales strategies, design the sales plan of JP/KR/EU/US to meet the sales quota

As a B2B-ODM sale, who should be familiar with server product (architecture/technology roadmap/ecosystem) and working as a core team lead to coordinate RD/supply chain/operation/service from RFI/RFQ/RFP, NPI until product launch. Ensure product deliverable to customers on time, on schedule, on budget and on cost.

3. Work with engineer, procurement for supply management and key part selection

1. Responsible for order fulfillment and shipping arrangement with priority orientation 

2. Work with sales to collect customer PO/FCST demand, monitor materials status, including pull in materials with buyer and supplier. 

3. Align build/shipping plan to coordinate factory build activities, including material and other related CRD checking. 

4. Weekly meeting with customers and deliver order status through CTB report. 

5. AP/AR/EXCESS management, provide monthly billing plan. 

6. Shipment related issue tracking and follow up to close. 

7. Supply chain management

1. Server硬體、軟體新技術涉獵研究、歸納應用、概念驗證與導入。 

2. 產品藍圖擬定，規劃符合市場需求及公司策略的產品規格發展。 

3. 針對需求、趨勢、產品規格、新技術、新產品、競爭者等議題，蒐集、調查、分析、研究有利資訊。 

4. Server新產品上市規劃，執行新產品發佈，以及對sales團隊的產品銷售訓練與技術指導。 

5. 與RD合作，負責NPI時程追蹤掌控，協助聯繫NPI研發期間之問題釐清，以及建立相關技術文件。 

6. 做為sales和RD的橋樑，協助sales釐清客戶的產品規格需求和技術可行性等問題。
