Responsibilities: 

• Design and implement business strategies to ensure the operational efficiency of the company’s service  

• Define and construct the SOP, CoC, and working policies aligned with the company’s culture and vision to optimize the company’s business model  

• Define critical roles and responsibilities in operations of the company’s business model and lead employees to maximize productivity and profitability 

• Oversee daily operations in marketing, sales, client engagement, and other relevant areas, and set comprehensive goals for performance and growth 

• evaluate and analyze performance reports to highlight the importance and suggest improvement opportunities 

• Assist CEO in managing relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, and others  

Requirements: 

• Proven experience in COO or Operation Director level roles 

• 8+ years of experience in e-commerce, tech service, or other relevant industry 

• Energetic in a start-up operation with a strong understanding of the sales-oriented business model 

• Good understanding of the human resources market and industry 

• Understanding of business functions such as HR, marketing, sales, etc. 

• Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and software development 

• An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills 

• Excellent cross-functional communication skills among internal and external stakeholders 

• Bachelor‘s or Master’s degree, preferable in business administration or tech-related fields; MBA is a plus

21. 訂房電話服務管理。 

22. 酒店客房部電腦系統規劃與協助。

任職資格 

1. 具大專以上學歷，需具國際級或觀光酒店五年以上之業務經驗。 

2. 反應快、具協調與溝通能力。 

3. 人脈廣泛、熟悉飯店同業。 

4. 暸解業務局勢，市場動向、市場行銷企劃能力佳。 

5. 熟英、日語、諳其他語文尤佳。 

6. 具客房、餐飲概念。

2.Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin

5.Have experience in land surveying industry will be considered as first choice 

If not, have experience in construction or engineering will be considered as second choice 

6.Understanding the entire construction process 

7.Familiar with Government land departments or private contractor 

8.Have strong channel management skills and strategies 

9.Need to understand each internal department‘s operation 

10.Have MNC experience will be considered an advantage
