1. 接聽電話客服專線。 

2. 確保客服功能正常運作並維持服務品質。 

3. 處理客訴案件。 

4. 幫助客戶解決問題。 

5. 提供產品相關資訊及協助。 

6. 提供案件後續查詢服務。 

7. 記錄客戶來電內容。 

8. 反應客戶需求與相關部門溝通。 

9. 掌握環境變化與公司發展需求，主動豐富化客服功能的內涵。

◇ Job Summary 

The Linguist is responsible for producing high-quality, accurate translations of technical documents, and for revising these documents where necessary. The Linguist reports to the relevant Team Lead or Expert Linguist. 

◇ Essential Functions 

• Translating, machine translation post-editing and revising documents 

• Operating translation technology tools to improve efficiency 

• Formatting all translated documents following requirements 

• Utilizing reference materials 

• Reviewing and giving approval to any changes to translated documents after they have been proofread and edited 

• Giving feedback on translated or post-edited text in the form of a quality score 

• Carrying out terminology management as required 

• Providing some training to new members of staff once fully trained themselves, if required 

• Performing other special projects or duties when required
