•依照食品安全衛生管理規章標準，於廚房執行高標準的食材準備工作。  

•協助整體廚房相關事宜，掌握食物的品質

•Perform any general duties as defined by his supervisor and help in any other department or section in the kitchen. 

•Provide professional support to the Kitchen 

•Maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service, according to the standards required by the management.  

•Take any note on new recipes, new procedures, keep his learning process going at all times to improve his professional knowledge.

•小型製冰機每月清洗。  

•識別和報告所有遺失，損壞或不合標準的家具，固定裝置及設備。  

•提供住客所需服務，備品的遞送，客房清潔 

•主管交辦事項。

•協助切菜區工作 

•確認工作區域一直處於乾淨的環境之下。向央廚領取魚肉類並且確認廚房間的轉帳是否正確 

•記錄新的食譜、新的程序並且透過學習去提升自己的專業能力 

•完成主管交代的的工作並協助其他單位或區域 

•參加所有教育訓練，維持所有的程序及基本工作一致性，並透過協助主管同時提升自己的專業知識 

•Works for Chopper station. 

•To ensure that the working area is clean at all the time. To collect fish and meat from butchery and to check that all the inter kitchen transfers correspond to the requirements. 

•Take any note on new recipes, new procedures, keep his learning process going at all times to improve his professional knowledge. 

•Perform any general duties as defined by his supervisor and help in any other department or section in the kitchen. 

•Attend any training sessions and always strives to keep abreast of any procedures and general works on upgrading his general knowledge with the help of his supervisor.

•協助中式點心工作 

•確認工作區域一直處於乾淨的環境之下。向央廚領取魚肉類並且確認廚房間的轉帳是否正確 

•記錄新的食譜、新的程序並且透過學習去提升自己的專業能力

•Works for Dim Sum station

需要提供給全日廚房專業支援如下: 

•必須與主管間保持緊密的互動，協助確認每天採購食材的品質 

•確認冰箱是確認清理乾淨的，並且準備配置當天工作區域 

•協同餐務一起清潔公共區域，確認私人的衛生管理清潔也要做好 

•確認所有的生產的產品已經傳遞出去，如果有發生短缺問題要立刻通知主管，並且確認生產的產品是否有達到標準的品質要求 

•當Chef de Partie休假時，即為期職務代理人，負擔起該有的責任 

Provide professional support to the Café UDT Kitchen in the following: 

•Work closely with his supervisor department head on determining the quantity of food purchased. 

•Check that all the refrigerators are cleaned, set-up the work station for the day. 

•Check and involves steward department in general cleanliness sanitation and staff personal cleanliness and hygiene. 

•To ensure that all the products have been delivered and to inform his supervisor of any short delivery and also to check if any products are not the standard of quality required. 

•In the absence of Chef de Partie, takes over and fully in charge of the department at any time required.

•協助切菜台工作。 

•每日宴會餐廳的食材準備工作。 

•跟總倉提出適當的食材需求 

•確認工作區域一直處於乾淨的環境之下。 

•完成主管交代的的工作並協助其他單位或區域。 

•參加所有教育訓練，維持所有的程序及基本工作一致性，並透過協助主管同時提升自己的專業知識。

•這個工作崗位的任職者必須負擔起所有酒店對於該職位的要求，並且主動積極具，富創造力和重視結果。  

•負責廚房產品監督及瞭解每天營運狀況，針對外場單位是否按照現行標準去做事前準備，提出適當的方式跟意見

•In charge of the kitchen production and overseen the day to day business as instructed, mise-en-place by outlet as per present standards as well as dispatching the same in the proper manner. 

•Food requisition and control of stock items.

工作內容/語言條件: 英文 讀、寫需流利；須使用中英文處理信件，無須接聽電話 (館內跨部門協調、致電給客人確認訂房細節之必要溝通除外) 

待遇: 月薪36,000 – 38,000/月 

【資深訂房專員】 

時段: 周一至周日; 09am – 06pm或10am – 07pm 

工作內容/語言條件: 英文 聽、說、讀、寫皆需精通/流利；須使用中英文處裡信件及接聽電話 

待遇: 月薪38,000 – 40,000/月

The Guest Service Officer is directly responsible for the Switchboard whilst on duty. On a broader scale the Guest Service Center telephone is to beware that as the “voice of the hotel, and at most times the first point of contact with the Hotel, you are to create an impression of efficiency, friendliness and warmth to all callers to the hotel.

• 負責客房及樓層區域之清潔  

• 提供顧客所需之服務,保持工作車之整齊清潔及備妥客房所需備品  

• 維護及保持良好的工作環境  

• 維持備品室之整齊清潔  

• 向樓層主管報告所有破損物品及設備 

The Room Attendant is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the assigned guestrooms, guest floor hallway and service areas.  

The work schedule is flexible and is cover both morning and evening shift.  

上班時間(須配合單位營運輪班)： 

• 日班: 9:00-17:30 

• 晚班: 14:30-23:00

•需具基本廚藝技術。 

•協助宴會廳廚房切冷盤及烤鴨叉燒類食品 

•準備食材協助基本的備餐及依照主管要求協助各個區域工作及協助廚師準備宴會餐點

•To provide general information to guests in a good and helpful manner. 

•To ensure to have appropriate knowledge for the recommendation of tourist attraction and restaurants, according to the guest needs.  

•Attend to all feedbacks/comments from guest and transmit them to the departments concerned and ensure that corrective actions are taken immediately. 

•To accept luggage and parcels for safekeeping and ensure that at all time is recorded properly. 

•To pre-check all group rooming lists for arrival and departure. 

•To be completely aware of the Fire and Emergency Procedures of the hotel and your responsibilities in an emergency. 

•To ensure you have a complete and thorough knowledge of the outlets of the hotel, their operating hours and the scope of services that they provide. 

•To ensure on a daily basis that you are fully aware of all arrivals to the Hotel, and in particular, VIP and return guests, and that you are aware of any special requests so that they may be action accordingly. 

•Supervise and conduct on the job training to all new officers. 

•To ensure that every matter in the logbook is followed up.

• 執行被賦予的責任及合理的任務。 

• 完成主管交代的的工作並協助其他單位或區域。

•Assist in overseeing the effective and efficient operation of Reception which include room management, registration, cashiering. Excel in delivering Legendary Quality Experience to guests. 

•To provide a courteous and professional service following at all times. 

•Ensure full knowledge and understand of LQE is delivered to the gussets at all times.  

•To maintain good working relationships with your own colleagues, and all other departments. 

•To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel‘s policy relating to fire, hygiene health and safety 

•To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.

• Responsible for staff uniforms and guest laundry checking , receiving, wrapping and returning works.. 

• Use machines correctly and ensure all equipment is in good condition. 

• Related garments fabric knowledge and experience.

• Ensure a high level of cleaning is maintained in work area.
