負責消金相關產品(車貸、房貸、信貸)審查工作。

1、數位收付整合服務審核作業。 

2、數位收付、繳費稅相關帳務作業。 

3、數位收付營運及帳務流程優化改善建議。 

4、跨部門溝通協調、協助處理數位收付營運作業問題。 

5、協助防洗風控相關報表作業。 

6、落實個資保護及完成主管交辦事項。

1.氣候變遷或自然風險管理分析數據及管理專案，開立相關需求及進行測試驗證

負責車貸、信貸、通貸進件作業及貸後管理相關事宜。

1.個人授信案件審查。 

2.授信品質管理。

1. 行為風險量化分析及應用：透過分析風險變化狀況/建立模型洞察可能的異常警訊，以數據輔助行為風險管理 

2. 動態監控條件：依銀行業務特質、主管機關監理重點及同業裁罰態樣，滾動式分析並新增態樣 

3. 特定風險態樣分析報告 

1. Behavioral risk quantitative analysis and application: Analyze risk pattern changes and develop models to identify potential anomaly alerts, leveraging data to support behavioral risk management.  

2. Dynamic monitoring rule development: Continuously analyze and enhance monitoring scenarios based on banking business characteristics, regulatory focus areas, and peer enforcement cases.  

3. Prepare analytical reports on specific behavioral risk scenarios.

開發薪轉、小微貸款、收單、寰宇金融網等金流商品 

Develop payment and cash management products, including payroll services, micro and small business loans, merchant acquiring, and Global Transaction Banking (GTB) platforms.

1. Installation, onboarding training, and issue resolution of corporate cash management products and corporate online banking systems. 

2. Application processing and implementation of corporate cash management products. 

3. Promotion and execution of cash management–related projects.

♦ 開拓新目標客戶、建立潛在客戶檔案、主動行銷消金商品並定期檢視成果，以達成業務目標 

♦ 深耕舊客戶提供金融商品諮詢服務，適時推介客戶需要之其他金融商品或進行業務轉介，以擴大業務量 

♦ 瞭解客戶背景、信用狀況及資金需求，以提升分行消金授信品質及避免不良債權的發生 

♦ 確認客戶申請案件內容正確性、及時執行核貸後相關作業，以提昇作業效率

1、評估企業融資授信案，為客戶規劃統籌主辦聯貸案件 

2、規劃、撰寫、執行聯貸案件，包括準備Term Sheet、IM、review DD 報告、財務模型與風險分析等  

3、聯貸合約檢視及審閱 

4、建立與維繫同業關係，蒐集與分析市場行情，掌握市場趨勢，以利聯貸募集與分銷  

5、提升專業能力，以確保案件服務品質及提升客戶滿意度 

1. Evaluate and support business units in pursuing syndicated loan opportunities as lead arranger or co arranger for strategic corporate clients.  

2. Responsible for structuring, drafting, and planning syndicated loan term sheets.  

3. Execute syndicated loan transactions, including loan syndication, fundraising, and distribution.  

4. Review and examine syndicated loan agreements and related documentation.  

5. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

1. Track, integrate, and manage the progress of business strategies and execution plans within the Risk Management Department.  

2. Manage and execute various projects within the Risk Management Department.  

3. Handle agenda preparation and coordination for Board of Directors and senior management meetings.  

4. Oversee daily administrative affairs and operational management of the Risk Management Department.

2. Conduct credit risk management analysis and quantitative application tasks.

1. Handle and investigate abnormal or suspicious cases. 

2. Conduct fund flow reviews and transaction checks for high‑risk cases. 

3. Perform data analysis and ongoing tracking of case‑related information. 

4. Compile and regularly report behavioral risk control findings and summaries.
