【職務描述】 

1、負責客房清潔、房間備品補充及執行房務相關事項。 

2、布巾類品及床組數量統計。 

3、負責公共區域清潔維護。 

4、客房及公共區域設備故障通報。 

5、提供客房服務。 

6、其他主管交辦事項。 

7、透過完整培訓及教育訓練，不定期升遷考核。 

8、每日上班時數九小時。

【職務描述】 

1、辦理顧客訂房、排房、入住、退房等作業。 

2、處理收款、結帳及帳務處理。 

3、接待客人，並提供相關服務（如：當地旅遊資訊、車輛引導、叫車服務） 

4、接聽、過濾、轉接來電。 

5、處理顧客抱怨事件。 

6、櫃檯行政文書處理及主管交辦事項。 

7、透過完整培訓及教育訓練，不定期升遷考核。 

8、每日上班時數八小時。

1.負責餐廳環境清潔與整理。 

2.協助顧客服務及用餐相關問題 

3.餐具、桌面及備品之清潔與補充。 

4.協助餐點與飲品之補充作業。 

5.完成主管交辦事項。 

6.透過完整培訓及教育訓練，不定期升遷考核。 

7.每日上班時數8小時。
