Sales Engineer - Thermal Pad

1. Minimum of 10 years work-experience as a team leader responsible to sell keypad or rubber products 

1. Improve overall sales performance and to further expand business footprint in Thailand and overseas sales in Asia region. 

2. Leading Asia sales team by focusing unique selling proposition product and to explore new application/new industry. 

3. Expand and develop new customer from target new sales region in Asia. 

4. Assist sales to handle existing customer and develop new project with oriented project acquisition result.  

5. Assist sales of Involvement in project management and co-ordination with customer and internally of new project kick off, e.g. Early Supplier Involvement, project conference of APQP progress, FA sample, and technical feasibility discussion until PPAP approval stage. 

6. Chinese and English language is a must. Computer literate.

1. Minimum of 2-year sales working experience in Zebra Connector 

2. Understand the process, materials involved and various application of silicone connectors. 

3. Ability to read customers drawing and make recommendation 

4. Good communication & interpersonal skill and presentation skill  

5. Ability to expand new customers.

1.Minimum of 5 years work-experience as a Team Leader in sales organization  

2. Sales background in automotive industries related to Rubber or Keypad 

3.Communication skill, Multi culture working skill.  

4.Can develop new Customer/Market and establish new relationship with strategic customers 

7. Ability to speak Chinese and English are required.

1. Knowledge and experience in IATF 16949, VDA6.3 and quality management system 

2. Knowledge on reading drawing/understanding on how to use Auto CAD/CAM is compulsory. 

3. Basic knowledge of Elastomer rubber keypad production process inclusive tool room machine. 

4. minimum 5 years working experience in management level as Engineer responsible for production of rubber products with knowledge of fabrication of tools. 

5. English Language skills are required.  

6. At least ≥10 years‘ work experience in Manufacturing industry of rubber or keypad 

7. Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.

1. Minimum of 10 years work-experience in Manager or higher-level position in a Manufacturing industry of rubber or keypad 

2. Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills 

3. Know-how of 3D drawing information and Silicone rubber 

4. Well conversant with system such as ISO9001/5S/ISO14001/ISO18001/OHAS/IATF 16549 

5. English language is a must with computer literate 

6. Participate Lean Management System/5S/Kaizen etc.

1. Minimum of 10 year’ work-experience in manufacturing industry producing parts and components for health devices use in body parts.  

2. Hands on experiences in process and machinery are required. 

2. Able to understand, set up, operate injection (LSR/ conventional) and compression machine. 

3. Able to design punch and die tools 

4. Able to design sub-assembly required components to support the final application of the product. 

5. Ensure meeting of key timing commitments and implement best practices in developing technical solutions. 

6. Participate APQP activities and cooperate with team members, when deemed necessary. 

7. Basic English Language Skills and Computer Literacy are required.  

8. Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills 

9. Practical knowledge regarding quality management system e.g. IATF 16949, ISO 14001 etc.  

10. Participate Lean Management System/5S/Kaizen etc.
