工作內容概述 

身為KOL行銷專員，你將在行銷團隊內與我們的KOL密切合作、建立並維持關係，發想KOL行銷策略以提高玩家參與度，預測趨勢並使用數據分析提供影響力洞察報告。身為電玩迷，你也將從玩家的角度密切關注串流媒體和社群趨勢，並與內外部團隊分享。 

KOL在台灣和在地遊戲社群的影響力是非常獨特的，你將有機會在一個新潮且不斷發展的產業中成長。 

工作職責 

- 與遊戲實況主保持良好溝通，確定他們對活動的需求及要求 

- 規劃、執行和管理所有實況主的相關活動，包括直播活動、線下活動和宣傳活動等 

- 負責管理和分配預算，控制支出確保活動符合預算 

- 規劃執行線上和線下行銷活動，提高觀眾參與度和品牌知名度 

- 與其他合作夥伴、廣告商和贊助商建立良好合作關係，確保活動成功和長遠合作關係 

- 監督管理活動執行過程中的所有相關事宜，包括行銷、執行和報告等 

- 追蹤實況主和粉絲的互動、直播品質、觀眾反響等，持續改善成效 

- 具備優秀的英語能力，協助與國外實況主及相關合作夥伴的溝通協調 

必要條件 

- 具備學士學位或同等的實務經驗 

- 具2年KOL行銷、產品行銷或品牌管理經驗 

- 英語能力（聽說讀寫） 

加分條件 

- 出色的溝通能力和優秀的英語能力 

- 具經營社群媒體或KOL行銷企劃經驗 

- 具遊戲產業相關經驗或對台灣遊戲玩家生態有深度了解 

- 具跨組織合作經驗

Responsibility 

- Ensure good communication with the game streamer to determine their needs and requirements for activities. 

- Plan, execute, and manage all activities related to the game streamer, including live streaming activities, offline events, and promotions, etc. 

- Responsible for managing and allocating budgets, ensuring activities comply with financial limitations and budget requirements. 

- Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities to increase audience engagement and brand awareness. 

- Establish good cooperation with other partners, advertisers, and sponsors to ensure the success and long-term sustainability of activities. 

- Supervise and manage all related matters during the activity execution process, including marketing, execution, and reporting, etc. 

- Follow up on game streamer‘s fan interaction, live streaming quality, audience feedback, etc., to achieve continuous optimization and improvement. 

- Possess good English proficiency to assist in communication and coordination with foreign game streamers and related partners. 

Minimum Qualifications 

- Bachelor‘s degree or equivalent practical experience. 

- 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, product marketing or brand management. 

- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. 

Preferred Qualifications 

- Excellent communication skills and strong proficiency in English. 

- Experience developing social media or influencer marketing plans. 

- Experience in the gaming industry or deep understanding of Taiwan gaming user base. 

- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
