【美商科技公司】Design Verification Test Engineering_AH400

The Design Verification Test Engineering position collaborating product development teams responsible for creating high value UPS/Switching Power Supply/Surge solutions for customers worldwide. Lead the planning and execution of product system verification and documentation of test results. 

Job Description  

• Collaborate with design team to generate DVT plan base on design standards, product specifications and standard DVT procedures. 

• Execute test plan, generate test reports and communicate status with cross teams for timely completion. 

• Develop new automation programs and test methodologies to enhance test capabilities  

• Design, procure and maintain (including calibration management) all required DVT test equipment. 

Prefer Qualification  

• Bachelor‘s degree in EE or Computer Engineering (or equivalent formal education or experience) 

• 3 years relevant experience. 

• 1 year experience in Labview programming tests using GPIB connected lab equipment 

• 1 year National Instruments software programming experience. 

• Proficient with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters, etc.) & PC software proficiency (Excel, Word). 

• Working knowledge of automation tools, scripting languages, VBA, LabView 

• Well know the relevant power electric knowledge of UPS and SPS 

• Should be a team player with good communication skills and the desire to take on diverse challenges. 

• English communication skill is important.

【Quality Testing (QT)】 

• Thoroughly testing software releases developed by our software engineers. 

• Conducting functional, regression, and performance testing. 

• Ensuring the software meets the highest quality standards and generate testing report 

【Key Account customer IODT reporting】 

• Providing extensive data for analysis. 

• Ensuring the accuracy of test data provided by R&D. 

• Generating weekly reports summarizing testing results and any identified issues. 

• Informing R&D, AE, and customers for those issue has not yet response the analysis results 

【Weekly Reporting to Key Account Clients】 

• Generating weekly reports summarizing testing results and any identified issues. 

• Facilitating transparency and communication with our R&D and Key Customer clients. 

【Ticket Monitoring and Follow-Up】 

• Assisting colleagues in monitoring ticket status and ensuring timely resolution. 

• Contributing to achieving high pass rates and performance targets. 

【Key skills and abilities】 

• Knowledgeable or experience in programming in Python script to collect the big data to generate reports. 

• Experience in Mobile device testing. 

• Expertise on Microsoft Excel tool, and Power Point.  

• Knowledgeable of Quality Testing. 

• Experience or capability to use custom Automated Test Software. 

• Experience to tracking the developing process status.
