1. MediaTek ASIC BU is seeking a Technical program manager to support OEMs program manager, supporting designs win and develop competitive analysis. 

2. Must be a self-starter, focusing on program management at key accounts 

3. Manage projects involving cross-functional teams focused on delivery of Consumer products. 

4. Oversees plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets. 

Monitors programs/projects from initiation through delivery and interfacing with internal customers or department personnel. 

5. Organizes project activities and interdepartmental meetings; ensures communication facilitates completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints. 

6. Manage program expense to ensure accuracy and align with budget. 

7. PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), manage program from kickoff, execution, NPI all the way to volume production.

- A strong background in TV display, backlight technology is a plus, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.  

- An expert of TV SOC and RGB mini-LED backlight design. 

- Collaborating with customers, eco-system suppliers, and staying updated with industry trends for new TAM creation/expansion.

1. Identify and analyze critical market and technology trends to conduct MediaTek multimedia SoC product planning. 

2. Drive customer and 3rd party engagement, strategize, and implement product technology strategies, including vendor and ecosystem planning.

Key Responsibility 

• Identify and anticipate key market/technology trend and contribute the result to product planning of Mediatek Dimensity SOC 

• Lead customer engagement, define and execute product strategy in the area pertaining to display technology, picture quality technology in smartphone system 

• Develop technology roadmap and product selling points by working closely with R&D team and contribute the result to Mediatek Dimensity SOC product execution  

• Participate in pre-sales activity together with sales team, supporting team and product management team 

• Drive effective cross-functional collaboration with internal team, 3rd parties, and OEM, to achieve product goal 

• Regular and frequent visit to OEM and 3rd parties to build/maintain relationship, and form strategic partnership

• Identify and anticipate key AI/Generative AI market/technology trend and contribute the result to product planning of Mediatek Dimensity SOC and prepare market requirement document and feature requirement 

• Lead customer engagement, define and execute product strategy in the area pertaining to AI/generative AI, including cross domain requirements. 

• Develop technology roadmap and product selling points by working closely with R&D team and contribute the result to Mediatek Dimensity SOC product GTM 

• Participate in pre-sales activity together with sales team, supporting team and product management team 

• Regular and frequent visit to OEM and 3rd parties to build/maintain relationship, and form strategic partnership

1. Review and analyze mobile network operator specifications to clearly define the scope for technical evaluation. 

2. Coordinate and assign R&D teams to assess the compliance of MTK products, and engage in technical discussions with R&D. 

3. Plan and oversee operator spec evaluation projects, ensuring project deliverables are on schedule and meet quality standards. 

4. Consolidate and refine evaluation results, prepare product certification documents, and submit them to operators and customers. 

5. Address customer compliance requirements and coordinate cross-functional discussions with relevant departments. 

6. Responsible for the development and maintenance of BSP (Board Support Package) for embedded system platforms. Support the porting of operating systems (such as Linux, RTOS) to new hardware platforms

• Integral part of Tier-1 OEMs team – communicate, manage and prospect long term business relationships with North American tier-1 OEMs, ODMs, hub service providers and internal cross functional teams to achieve revenue goal 

• Facilitate and track customer forecast, and execute sales operation activities including shipment notification, execution plan, documentation, RMA, etc. with customers and hub service providers 

• Influence and advocate for MediaTek based products and actively monitor customer growth, movement and market trend of PC/NB industries 

• Gain a solid understanding of the competitors’ activities and benchmarking 

• Clearly articulate MediaTek solution differentiation and value proposition associated

1. Lead and coordinate projects across design, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure successful project execution. 

2. Work closely with manufacturing teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure product quality. 

3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to meet project requirements and resolve any supply chain or manufacturing issues. 

4. Monitor and report on project progress, supply chain performance, and manufacturing metrics to senior management. 

5. Implement project management best practices, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.

We are seeking a highly technical Wireless Program Manage with a solid background in Electrical Engineering (EE) and Computer Science (CS) to oversee cross-functional issues and risks across experienced engineering teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in establishing processes that comply with ISO26262, ISO21434, and ASPICE standards, while also monitoring process performance, proposing, and implementing improvement measures, and collaborating with project teams to ensure the smooth implementation and adherence to processes.

1. Leading and integrate team members and technology of analog IP to engage new SOC products including multi-vertical product lines.  

2. Work as analog project management team and work closely with SoC Integration teams responsible for enabling on-time silicon to meet product schedules. 

3. Multi-task skills will be key to lead several tasks of project at a time. 

4. Track and drive resolution of technical issues between multi-functional teams including Design, Verification, Validation, Process Technology, Packaging, Quality and Reliability, System Hardware and Application Convert data into a clear story to communicate to partners and organizations at all levels. 

5. Also, as good communication bridge between Analog and SOC Regular project status presentations for executive leadership review including issue report, bug tracking, risk assessment and mitigation plan.
