1. Account Management: Operator/Telco accounts. Contactcustomers directly and maintain long-term business relationship.
2. New Business Development: ODM business development, including direct customers and local agents/distributors.
3. RFI/RFP/RFQ management: RFI/RFP/RFQ preparation andmanagement. Work with internal team and detect key messages from customers.
4. NPI/Operation management: Work and monitoring with internal team for NPI project and follow up with customers. Monitoring PO and Forecast and communicate with customers if any abnormal demand
5. Business trip to customers is needed.
1. A proven track record of new business sales and account management in Telecom/ICT/IT or related industries
2. Fluent in Spanish & English is must, other languages is a plus.
1. Developing and growing the Embedded and IOT Computing business in assigned SEA countries
2. Manage IPC distributors/channel, help customer to reach their target and revenue growth
3. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities and new market
4. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, seek for opportunity to improving sales; contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
5. Maintaining professional cooperation relationship and Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
6. Works closely with the HQ PMs/Engineer and extended teams to map end-user customer business or partner’s requirements, provide most optimized IPC/IOT solutions. Be able to convert them to Design Wins and transform them into revenue opportunities
7. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
8. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events upon company and supervisor’s assignment to further develop IOT business
9. Developing win-win alliance relationship with IOT vendors; utilize possible resource to expend and increase IOT business scope
10. Training personnel and helping assigned countries’ team members to develop business
1. Goal-oriented, competitive, persuasive and can work individually and in a team environment
2. Three plus years of experience as PM, sales, or related field
3. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
4. Excellent organizational and communication skills
5. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
6. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
7. Knowledge of ARM architectures, IOT related and wireless transmission technology is plus but not essential
8. Fluency in English. Able to travel overseas upon requirement and assignment
