▪In charge of rebate settlement in SAP and cooperated with CO team to make sure the rebate agreements are correct. 

▪Cooperated with Supply Chain team to complete the credit note collection reports.  

-Credit Note 

▪Summary monthly credit note issuance amount and cooperate with Sales and Marketing team to make sure all items need to issue credit note are all included and approved. 

▪Issued Credit Note (Except for Claim, Return and Cash discount) based on approved amount monthly. 

▪Cooperated with Supply Chain team to satisfy customer‘s request on credit note issuance. 

-Value added tax filing 

▪Prepared VAT input receipts for accounting firm. 

▪Prepared VAT output receipts for accounting firm. 

-Audit supporting 

▪Support upon line manager‘s request. 

-Controlling 

▪Run daily/monthly and FC sales reporting and support CO ad hoc task. 

-Others 

▪Other assignments upon request
