【Job Description】 

●Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve engineering challenges using data-driven approaches. 

●Collaborate with stakeholders to identify problems and manage the development of internal data-driven reports, dashboards, or systems to support decision-making. 

●Work closely with IT, Engineering, and Operations teams to design and implement dashboards or systems, ensuring seamless project execution and timely delivery. 

●Regularly compile and analyze data to generate actionable insights. 

●Present findings in well-structured reports, highlighting areas for improvement and potential risks. 

【Qualification】 

●Bachelor‘s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Information Management or a related field. 

●2-4 years of experience in project management, NPI process or data analytics role. 

●Proven ability to interpret data into actionable plans or insights. 

●Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail. 

●Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to unfamiliar topics such as operational processes, engineering data, or internal systems. 

●Strong attention to data accuracy, with hands-on experience validating and reconciling datasets from multiple sources by Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) or other data analytics tools. 

●Hands-on experience in product development or manufacturing process is a plus. 

●Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar visualization tools is a plus. 

●Fluent in English and can handle cross-site meeting independently (TOEIC 785 and above).
