工作條件:

工作內容:  

1.產品開發、規劃及導入。  

2.對市場競爭者分析其技術能力及產品利基。

4.制定產品規格及目標成本，評估開發的可行性，進行導入並控管時程。  

5.執行市場與產品趨勢調查，提供研發部門做為產品開發的參考。  

6.進行產品應用推廣，協助行銷活動、文宣製作與客戶說明會之規劃。  

7.針對全球客戶需求提出產品解決方案，應答技術規格取得標案。  

8.協助提供數據中心水冷解決方案提案  

9.與客戶進行FWT驗收活動  

10.整合第三方產品到台達解決方案中

1. Create solid project plans to facilitate the project team reaching the goal. 

2. Ensure all implementations and progress are on track and work out recovery plan if

〝1. Graduate of Mechanical/Science/Mechatronic Engineering with atleast 5 years extensive work experience in an automotive manufacturing company as New product Quality Engineer or higher 

2. Support and verify all p-FMEA/d-FMEA/control plan/ PPAP/MSA requirements for the new projects and manage TFC/TFS activities including all key activities as per APQP and project kick off sheet .  

3. Independently responsible of quality management processes like APQP, Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis, MSA, PPAP, SPC tools, Root Cause Analysis, etc. 

4. Practical knowledge of IATF 16949 system and other ISO standard which applies to an automotive industry.  

5. Experience in handling rubber/ silicone rubber products. Able to read mechanical drawings and ability to use measuring equipment like CMM.
