This role is embedded in the Factory Development & Projects team within our Global Operations Engineering group in Taiwan. 

You are 

· Student in Engineering, Applied Sciences or other equivalent education 

· Independent thinker who is willing to discover new solutions off the beaten tracks 

· Interest in advanced high-volume production technologies, process automation / robotics, control engineering, equipment design and medical manufacturing 

· Knowledge and/or previous experience in one or more of the following fields: Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, Process Automation, Digital Manufacturing/I4.0, Factory planning, Logistics, Plant simulation 

· Strong intercultural and interdisciplinary communication skills in English (spoken/written) 

· Diligent, reliable and target oriented team player 

· Knowledge of JavaScript, Python or VBA is a plus

工作內容： 

1、執行全廠設備之潤滑保養工作。 

2、協助機械維修師完成上級指派之工作。 

3、機械設備(含轉動設備檢修維護)之管理。 

4、緊急事故配合處理。

1、電焊、鉗作及冷作(含機械設備組立組裝)  

經驗：具現場實務工作經驗、焚化廠或汽電共生廠1年以上維修經驗

電動車系統整合與測試驗證 

1. 電動車三電系統整合、底盤線傳控制系統整合 

2. 電動車零組件HIL驗證，包含撰寫測試腳本、產出測試報告 

3. 電動車/自駕車測試、記錄、巡檢與維護(不排斥考大客車、試車場駕照)

機器人機構或自動化系統設計開發 

職務說明：主要為機器手臂、AMR等各型機器人機構設計開發和優化，以及不同產業領域產線的自動化系統硬體開發設計；或是其他計畫專案之設備硬體開發等。

1、汽電設備及空污改善工程評估、發包及監工。 

2、建廠工程(國內外出差，未來配合外派越南)。

Purpose of the Position: 

As a process engineer in manufacturing, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining manufacturing processes to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement new technologies to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs 

Day to Day Responsibilities: 

•Provides leadership in problem solving, and technical expertise, to ensure timely resolution of short-term process and equipment issues, and higher level troubleshooting 

•Provides direction to other technicians / engineers, coaches junior engineers, and provides guidance to maintenance personnel 

•Provides general engineering and manufacturing skills and knowledge (understands theories and fundamentals), and capable of leading projects to get to root cause of issues, and put permanent solutions in place 

•Provides disciplined project leadership across multiple stages of innovation for new product, process, cost reduction and capacity improvement initiatives 

•Recommends and implements permanent solutions to long term performance issues, and improves existing and new technologies and processes 

• 

Develops and leads some areas of the manufacturing and/or technical roadmap. Documents material, process and/or equipment to protect and contribute to Intellectual Property improvements 

•Proficient in use of statistical data analysis and DOE in process problem solving and process/product improvement 

•Identifies, justifies, and implements cost reduction, capacity enhancement, capital equipment and other improvement initiatives 

•Introduces new products and technologies 

•Meets all Environmental, Safety and Health requirements 

•Develops SME knowledge of material, process and/or equipment in focused areas of manufacturing or engineering
