1. Gain a comprehensive understanding of inventory age profile, analyze the types of products, and maintain inventory health through pricing adjustments and promotional techniques. 

2. Plan seasonal product sales strategies, monitor sales velocity, and prevent unhealthy inventory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned): 

• *Responsible to increase business on key components MEM, SSD, HDD and other related components 

• *Suggest and promote the best key components configuration and optimization to high end visualization. 

• *Support both Pre-sales and Post-sales as well as training to SMC PMs, Sales and VARs. 

• *Fulfill sales order, control inventory stock level 

• *Promote main stream products and slow movings 

• *Source best supply, issue POs, monitor promised delivery time. 

• *Maintain/improve good relationship with vendor and gain overall support 

Qualifications: 

• *Minimum Bachelor degree, major in Electronic Engineering is a plus 

• *1+ years related key components PM or Sales positions or Purchasing working experience 

• *Competent in reading, writing and speaking in English and Chinese. 

• *SAP working experience, or training and promotion experience is a plus 

• *Strong communication and negotiation skill, high sense of accuracy, responsibility and could demonstrate strong ownership

1. 採購管理/供應商管理Procurement 

Build and execute purchase orders from suppliers and set up accounts for new facilities. This will involve relationship management with suppliers and vendors as well as liaising with sales and operations teams to continuously improve sales opportunities.

【Responsibilities】 

▼ The Buyer will perform purchasing transactions and partial sourcing activities for PWB and some components for both new product development and manufacturing.  

▼ Review and analyze system-generated demand (via Oracle ERP), generate & issue purchase orders; run and follow-up on open order reports; expedite requests to suppliers via phone/email to ensure timely receipt of material(s) to support internal demand requirements. 

▼ Working closely with Strategic Sourcing, program manager, and design engineer to recommend suppliers based on their capacity. delivery, quality, compliance, and cost. 

▼ Daily job also includes purchase order problem resolution, including order receiving issues, A/P issues, material returns, and non-conforming materials. Interface with multiple internal customers & support teams (including Program & Product Management, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Receiving, Quality, Customer Service Administration, Contracts, Legal, and other Procurement disciplines.) Provide back-up for other members. 

【Salary package 】 

- Salary NTD 60,000-72,000 

【Requirement】 

- PWB procurement experience is a plus ＜＜Preferred Qualifications＞＞ 

- Education:Bachelors of Arts/Science - Business Administration, Supply Chain Management  

- Prefer to have 2-3 years of PWB / component relevant experience with purchasing, procurement, and buying. 

- Knowledge of ERP systems is desirable (specifically, Oracle)  

- Familiarity with supply base management is desirable. Knowledge of Excel, including sorting, filtering, formulas, Pivot Tables, etc.; Knowledge of using Power BI to visualize the data. Report generation, distribution, and follow up may be required.
