職位概述 

隸屬於行銷企劃部，需對品牌定位有初步了解，並負責從市場競品調查、產品資訊統整到申報作業等全流程產品管理工作。將與行銷、業務、研發等團隊密切合作，確保產品符合市場與法規要求。 

1. 市場競品分析：蒐集並整理市場趨勢與競品資訊，定期提供分析報告。 

2. 產品整合與管理：維護產品資訊、品號及條碼，追蹤產品生命週期與銷售表現。 

3. 產品命名與企劃：依品牌定位與市場需求，提出命名提案並協助行銷企劃。 

4. 產品申報與法規：執行產品申報流程，並了解寵物食品相關法規（可入職後培訓）。 

5. 跨部門協作：與行銷、業務、研發及法務等部門密切合作，確保產品上市進度與合規性。 

必要條件 

• 學歷：大專以上（行銷、商管、食品、動物科學等相關背景尤佳）。 

• 經驗：具有基本行銷企劃、產品管理或專案管理經驗。 

• 技能： 

o 熟悉市場分析方法與辦公軟體（Excel、PowerPoint）。 

o 良好的溝通協調能力，能與跨部門合作。 

o 具備對品牌定位的初步理解。

工作項目： 

- Work with Corporate Data Research Center and Multimedia Business Units on data management and pricing/demand planning model optimization. 

- Work with the Business Unit product managers on pricing management and demand planning. 

- Follow through pricing and demand planning performance, collect feedback from the market PMs, and AMs, and propose strategy improvement.

- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. 

- 5+ years of experience with a semiconductor product company, with in-depth knowledge of products, market positioning, and customer behavior. 

- 2+ years of experience in planning, operations, or data analytics.

- Proven ability to work with analytics tools or teams to support decision-making. 

- Proficient in analyzing market trends and understanding their implication for business.

1. 負責協助特斯拉與各大廠牌電動車車主進行充電座安裝實地勘察。

工作內容： 

(一)可獨立執行計畫、計劃書撰寫；辦理計畫相關活動及行政事宜，如活動規劃與執行、聯繫廠商、計畫資料收集與彙整、計畫報告撰寫、計畫經費規劃、計畫專案管理、會議行政、核銷報帳等相關執行計畫工作。 

(二)計畫行政進度控管考核。 

(三)本中心計畫類型為海洋教育、海洋政策、水域安全宣導、地方創生、海域遊憩、USR計畫等方向。 

(四)其他主管交辦事項或與職務相關之工作。 

聘用期限：面談。自通知報到日起（含試用期3個月，若試用期滿考核不合格則終止勞動契約）。 

工作規範： 

（一）上班時間：每週一至週五上午8～9時至下午5～6時，中午休息1小時。 

（二）需視計畫需要配合加班及國內出差。

Job Description 

 Serve as primary customer point of contact for execution of assigned customer contract(s) and related projects. Performs as direct interface for customer personnel relative to execution of new and existing contracts/orders and management of any customer issues.  

 Drives day to day team activities to meet program milestones/deliverables and track progress.  

 Ensure program/project deliverables are compliant with contractual requirements and regulations, including monthly status reports and monthly Program Management Reviews.  

 Track and report project performance (milestones & budget adherence).  

 Execute internal and external programs in accordance with business and corporate objectives and customer statement of work.  

 Direct and manage program development from beginning to end, overseeing quality control throughout program lifecycle.  

 Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals, and where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel.  

 Develop project work breakdown structures (WBS), delivery team structure, project plans, scheduling, cost structures, with clearly defined and communicated projects goals and key success factors.  

 Ensure that the standard Project filling system is maintained to record key information and events relating to individual projects.  

 Provide leadership to a geographically dispersed, matrixed program support team to review/assess contract requirements, ensure complete contract compliance and on-time completion of all deliverables, and to define and coordinate program solutions as required.  

 Based on awarded scope, monitor and control progress of the project through various stages, from Sales handofff to Engineering, into Manufacturing and through to Installation and Commissioning via effective work package management.  

 Proactively manage changes in program scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.  

 Manage and prioritise tasks whilst working on concurrent projects.  

 Implement and manage Project Management, Risk & Opportunity, Lessons Learned and Earned Value Management System processes and repositories in compliance with global company standards.  

 Recognise and manage risks, escalating, if required, to management and customer, wherever necessary.  

 Exercise judgment, leadership and authority while planning, directing, coordinating and executing complex project/programs.  

 Provide internal business performance tracking and reporting/forecasting for each assigned program including delivery status, contract issues, revenue, margin and cash flow position, risks and opportunities, key actions/escalations to ensure business performance success.  

 Liaise with program stakeholders to adjust communication style and technique depending on audience.  

 Work closely with sales personnel, proposal team, and other organizations to identify and pursue new and/or follow-on business opportunities.  

 Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the program.  

 Conduct program postmortems and formulate recommendations for continued improvement.

Requirements 

 A minimum of 7 years of related program management experience. Leading customer programs/projects on high technology equipment and/or similar relatable contracts.  

 Hold a relevant degree or education level of similar standard or experience level.  

 Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification or similar required.  

 A self-starter with a background of practical experience is preferred.  

 Must be capable of obtaining airport and customer security clearance.  

 Able to manage risk, priorities and large contract deliverables for multiple concurrent, technical and commercially demanding projects.  

 Able to communicate clearly to both client side and internal teams.  

 Manage limitations in what is a complex, highly technical and multi-faceted role.  

 Plan and execute time critical activities in high pressure environments.  

 Experience in building, managing, and leading cross functional matrixed teams in a fast paced and challenging business environment.  

 Strong customer relationship skills and customer focus required, including ability to maintain high customer satisfaction while also ensuring all company goals and objectives are met.  

 Demonstrated strong team building and collaboration abilities with effective leadership for this level of responsibility.  

 Excellent and effective communication, presentation, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
