3.分析各階段公司管理需求，提報定期或不定期管理資訊 

4.改善作業流程、整合作業相關系統及處理異常 

5.修訂管理需求變更的系統/作業相關之程序書、工作指導書、SOP

1.Performs projects that involve big data analytics examining large amounts of data to uncover hidden patterns, correlations, and provide business intelligence solution suggestions for higher management. 

2.Performs internal audit for 11 subsidiaries located in Chicago USA, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, England, China, Japan, Korea, and Singapore.

• Responsible for the standardization, checking and maintenance of the Cost-Break-Down for different Product Categories(priority=Boot) in different stages of the Development Cycle. Support the manager with update final PO prices in the management system. 

• Be responsible for Nordic Boots product costing calculation & analysis under Amer Sports Winter Sports Equipment (with potential enrichment of job scope for more Winter Sports sourced products)  

• Support Costing Manager to negotiate with supplier &/or through costing analysis to find other more cost-effective alternatives to hit price target  

• Proactively to communicate with HQ Costing team, Costing Manager, and other key stakeholders  

• Work closely with factory costing team to identify and capitalize cost saving possibilities & alternatives so as to achieve price/value optimization result. May involve close communication and sometimes negotiation 

• Support and work closely together with Costing Manager on FOB price, Tooling &/or Process cost negotiation 

• Provide timely, fact-based, quality cost information to headquarter and factory 

• Ensure seasonal CBDs are accurate and confirmed on a timely basis (BOM price and consumption for costing: size vs sample/pattern, FOB details, tooling cost and amortization, x-rates) 

• Meet key development stages CBD (development/Budget times/ Buy ready); update PO prices in Plasma database timely to maintain correct PO prices during SMS and mass production 

• Assist in standardizing and enhancing costing procedures (e.g. CBD Format and etc.) for relevant WSE products 

• Working proactively with HQ/BU Costing team and vendor costing team(s) to make sure each costing deadline will be met. Mitigate and find solutions together with HQ & Vendor costing teams if timeline is off track, and support timely communication with key stakeholders

Responsibilities: 

The candidate will have daily responsibilities, including analyzing TSMC and other foundry players’ financial performance, business and operating conditions, conducting semiconductor industry analysis in terms of general trend and specific factors that shape TSMC’s business, following analysts’ views on TSMC, its competitors, and the industry, preparing investors conference presentations, supporting materials and quarterly management reports, understanding and interacting with institutional investors (fund managers and technology analysts) and sell-side semiconductor analysts both in Taiwan and overseas, understanding TSMC shareholder base and nature of its major institutional investors, analyzing TSMC’s share price performance, and working on projects deemed useful to enhance the quality of the IR team and to support management decisions.
