〝1. Graduate of Mechanical/Science/Mechatronic Engineering with atleast 5 years extensive work experience in an automotive manufacturing company as New product Quality Engineer or higher 2. Support and verify all p-FMEA/d-FMEA/control plan/ PPAP/MSA requirements for the new projects and manage TFC/TFS activities including all key activities as per APQP and project kick off sheet . 3. Independently responsible of quality management processes like APQP, Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis, MSA, PPAP, SPC tools, Root Cause Analysis, etc. 4. Practical knowledge of IATF 16949 system and other ISO standard which applies to an automotive industry. 5. Experience in handling rubber/ silicone rubber products. Able to read mechanical drawings and ability to use measuring equipment like CMM. 6. Ability to speak English language is a must. Excellent in communication and coordination skills are also required.〝
