1.與客戶維持良好關係,定時以電話聯繫及拜訪,爭取業務。 Maintain a good relationship with customers,contact and visit regularly by telephone,and strive for business. 2.開發有潛力客源。 Develop potential customers. 3.代為協調特殊業務案件。 Coordination of special cases. 4.款待及接待重要客戶及團體。 Entertain and receive important customers and groups. 5.不定時參加in-house call。 Participate in in-house call. 6.參加公司舉辦之活動、定期會議。 Participate in activities and regular meetings. 7.配合公司參加指定之大小旅展。 Participate in travel exhibitions. 8.收集市場資訊(其他飯店價位、促銷活動),提出供主管參考。 Collect market information(prices of other hotels,promotional activities) 9.支援重要宴席及活動。 Stand by important activities. 10.具飯店業務相關工作經驗3年以上者尤佳。 More than 3 years working experience in hotels business is preferred.
