ob Purpose :
The position will provide operational support in the function under HRSS for the staffing related transnational support. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR all functions to drive execution and provide a 3BW HR experience. This role will also assist in the daily management and distribution of work arrangement to maximize operational efficiency.
Job Duties & responsibilities :
1.Build/manage day-to-day HR operations/ transnational services and ensure the service is delivered with high quality and efficiency, including various staffing activities such as new hire induction, probation, transfer, exit, termination, etc.
2.Provide support to maintain HR policy, procedures, analytics, and programs.
3.Develop and maintain oversight procedures to monitor transnational activity, optimize services, manage costs and performance, drive continuous improvement and innovation, and improve efficiency and quality of services.
4.Ensure compliance with internal control standards and implement procedures to ensure efficiency, data integrity and integration of various HR systems.
5.Partner with HR management to align appropriate resourcing.
6.Collaborate effectively with other HR functions in order to execute tasks and fulfill key deliverables of HRSS Department.
7.Continually assess existing processes and programs. Develop new initiatives to increase efficiency and manage cost.
8.Support and process work and project assignments. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned to support initiatives which align with scorecard.
9.Continuously drive improvements in process improvement and make sure high standard of data accuracy and compliance can be achieved.
