Supports the food and beverage operation by cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and the premises whilst maintaining hygienic standards and practices.
在當班期間負責餐飲部和廚房的清潔工作,確保餐飲衛生標準。
Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance equirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
遵守當地的衛生和安全法規,或其它適用的規定,以及品牌規範和當地的規章制度。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作職責
• Prepares kitchen equipment for use廚房設備使用前的準備工作
• Assists with checking and receiving goods 協助檢查和接收物品
• Store goods 存放物品
• Maintain storage areas 維護倉庫
• Clean and store equipment 洗滌和存放設備
• Handle waste and linen處理廢品與布巾
• Maintain a hygienic kitchen保持廚房衛生
• Clean the kitchen and equipment清理廚房與設備
• Supervise the counting of inventories 監督盤點庫存
• Liaise with Engineering Dept. to schedule preventive maintenance and repairs與工程部安排預防性的維護維修
• Maintain personal hygiene 保持個人衛生
• Participate in training 參加訓練
• Other reasonable Ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.其它由主管分配的合理工作
