Supervise and inspect the work of assigned room and/or public area attendants to ensure product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to hotel guests according to hotel and company business objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作職責
• Supervise the implementation of housekeeping standards and procedures in relation to:
• 監督房務部各項標準和工作程序的執行:
• Daily Housekeeping service 每日客房清潔服務
• Valet service 洗衣服務
• Linen maintenance 布巾維護
• Guest Request delivery 顧客需求傳送
• Public Area Cleanliness 公共區域整潔度
• Recommended changes to these standards and training needs on an ongoing basis
• 就流程及培訓需求提供持續性的建議
• Open and close the shift and ensure effective shift hand over
• 審視交接班,以確保交接流程有效率
• Distribution and collection of keys
• 有效管理鑰匙收發
• Solve employee grievances
• 處理員工所遭遇到的不正當態度
• Perform Room allocations
• 分配房務員每日整房
• Perform Room inspections
• 客房檢查
• Liaise with Front Office for guest and hotel requirements
• 與櫃檯合作以完成房客需求
• Ensure guest valet is processed and delivered in a timely manner
• 及時為房客處理洗衣相關服務
• Co-ordinate special projects (eg site rooms, vermin control, window and carpet cleaning, room inventories)
• 協調特殊任務 (客房參觀、消毒、清戶/地毯清潔、房型存量)
• Management of lost property for the hotel
• 管理酒店遺留物
• Manage storage areas
• 倉庫管理
• Maintain adequate stock levels and complete stock takes
• 控管備品庫存及盤點
