1. Collection and analysis of market information, planning and execution of sales plan and product promotion. 2. New project development and management, cross-departmental cooperation to develop new products or functions required by customers and follow up to complete 3. Conduct quotation and contract according to customers’ needs, maintenance of customer relationship and satisfaction. 4. Customer service (for example: customer complaint and problem solving, maintaining customers’ trust to the company and salesperson) 5.
