Act as the primary interface with the customer, addressing capacity, cost, timing, and quality concerns, coordinating with relevant company functions. 3. Serve as the lead liaison between the customer and internal teams to achieve operation objectives. 4. Manage project teams, coordinate business teams, and resolve issues and risks encountered during project execution, focusing on assessment, cost assessment, schedule adherence, quality assurance, risk mitigation, scope management, and process enhancement. 5.
