Responsible for the operational efficiency of bellman and luggage room during shift and the service delivery of those areas. Maintain all hotel information and tourist spots, events update to date and share to the team.
負責管理前廳單位以及行李房確保運營效率和服務工作。飯店資訊, 周邊景點及活動時刻更新並分享給團隊,以滿足客人的需要,保證其舒適和滿意。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作職責
• Perform all duties as Bell, including additional duties as follows:
• 完成所有行李員的工作職責,及以下工作職責
• Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known
• 開交班會,確保員工都清楚酒店活動及操作要求。
• Support front office operations including check-in & check-out.
• 在前臺需要幫助時提供協助保含辦理入主及退房手續。
• Rotate Duty Manager overnight shift
• 一同輪值值班經理大夜班
• Supervise front office operations during assigned shift including:
• 監督指定班次期間前廳的運作,包括:
• Maintenance of guest information
• 客人資訊的維護
• Maintenance of information about local events
• 本地活動資訊的維護
• Prepare reports
• 準備報告
• Able to arrange transportation to guest. Make the most of our own transportation and well maintain.
• 協助客人交通安排,維護以及把飯店車輛發揮到最大效用.
• Ensure the Luggage area is clean and neat.
• 確保行李區乾淨整齊.
• Be the champion of Alishan. Know everything there is to know about Alishan and be able to offer the guest reliable and personalized suggestions about their requests.
• 當最懂阿里山的專家,提供客人個人化的建議
• Create and build Alishan information, tourist spots, updated event, restaurant, transportation. Ensure all team member has knowledge about the area.
• 建立阿里山資訊庫包含景點, 活動, 餐廳, 交通,確保團隊熟悉飯店周邊資訊.
• In conjunction with the EDP manager to ensure the hotel system is maintained in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
• 與電腦部主管協作,確保酒店系統根據標準正常運行。
• To ensure that all refused business is recorded and reported to Front Office Manager.
• 確保對所有被拒絕的業務做出記錄,並上報給前廳部經理。
• Be able to handle main Guest complaint
• 有能力去處理客人的投訴
• Perform other duties as maybe assigned by superiors
• 完成上級佈達的其他工作
