Clean guest rooms and/or suites in a timely and thorough manner to ensure total guest satisfaction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作職責 

• 執行房務部各項標準和工作程序： 

• Public Area Cleanliness 

• 公共區域整潔度 

• Recommended changes to these standards and training needs on an ongoing basis 

• 就流程及培訓需求提供持續性的建議 

• Maintain a current and thorough knowledge of all housekeeping chemicals 

• 對房務部相關之藥劑有孰悉的使用知識 

• Effective shift hand over 

• 交接流程有效率  

• Window and carpet cleaning 

• 窗戶/地毯清潔 

• Delivery all special requests made by guests 

• 傳達房客需求 

• Manage Public storage areas 

• 公共區域備品倉庫管理 

• Maintain adequate stock levels and complete stock takes 

• 控管備品庫存及盤點 

• Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known  

• 進行交接班說明，確保同仁了解酒店各項重要措施
