We are looking for an experienced HR Talent to build Uniqlo Taiwan a health talent pipeline. This talent will be responsible for UMC (Uniqlo Manager Candidate) and staff talent acquisition and Employer Branding Building. This role will support in Employer Brand plan, attraction and selection program design and execution, and onboarding orientation and induction programs for both UMC & Staff recruitment activities. To be successful in this role, the candidate should have passion for talent market and profile understanding, have innovative, breakthrough thinking ability, and strong commitment on result delivery.
Deliver end-to-end UMC talent acquisition process
•Collaborate with HR partner to support UMC trainee management recruitment program, including sourcing, screening, selecting candidates, and managing onboarding.
•Actively seek to diversify talent in the market through different recruiting channels. Proactively identify and recruit passive candidates from recruiting platforms, campus, jobsites, social media, and others while maintaining long-term relationships with them.
•Take charge of pre-onboarding administrative and preparation works including induction programs for UMC joiners.
Drive Employer Brand building
•Plan and conduct employer branding projects including to propose, enhance and execute recruitment events to build up a powerful employer brand and source new employees.
•Design and execute Employer Branding programs to attract diverse and qualified talents.
•Support HRBP team to deliver strategic and tactical HR support and programs to employees and managers, mainly including store talent acquisition.
