Assistant Technical Development Manager

• To identify product design opportunities mainly power products related and achieve design wins, 

• Explore new customers or nurture customers to use Bel products in different applications, 

• To provide professional and efficient technical supports to customers to ensure they receive appropriate assistance when they are doing product selection and using Bel products mainly on power supply, 

• Visit customers to increase sales, identify new sales opportunity or new cooperation target. and to collect technology trend and market information regularly, report to internal team and product marketing for strategy planning, 

• Provide product training for customers and distributors and support product seminars/exhibitions and other related events, 

• Work with the team to drive customers and distributors to meet the sales target and grow sales revenue, 

• Review quotes, top design opportunities and demand forecast with customers and distributor regularly.  

REQUIREMENTS  

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or other related (電機/電子工程相關),  

• 3 years or above relevant working experience, experience in Power Supply products is a plus, 

• Knowledge in Power Supply Design or Electronic Circuitry Design is preferred, 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, 

• Self-motivated and able to work independently, 

• Proficient in English and Chinese, 

• Regular business travel is required.
