We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Cash and Trade Proc Analyst, Taiwan - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Cash and Trade Proc Analyst 1 - C09) based in Taipei, Taiwan.  

The Cash and Trade Proc Analyst 1 is an intermediate level role responsible for executing complex transactions and participating in complex processes in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to act as a subject matter expert while processing all regular transfers, payments, trade transactions, and wholesale card activity.

In this role, you’re expected to:  

Incoming cross-border transactions in TWD handling. 

Domestic remittance processing. 

Cheque Issuance on behalf Corp Customer. 

Dividend Cheque / ACH payment handling. 

Referral handling and various problems resolving. 

Support Management for administrative functions. 

Conduct UAT/PROD testing if required.
