職責要求 • Managing all operations of the air freight export team 管理空運出口團隊的所有業務 • Managing and expanding carrier and agent service contracts 管理和擴展運營商和代理服務合同 • Quoting rates internally and supporting sales team with rates and service 內部報價並為銷售團隊提供費率和服務支持 • Checking and correction of operational quality issues, implementing company SOPs 檢查和糾正運營質量問題，執行公司SOP • Checking and reporting of monthly P&L 檢查和報告月度損益 • Controlling and matching company’s operational KPI’s 控制和匹配公司的運營 KPI • Actively selling of our air freight export rates to overseas agents and offices, promoting TW air exports to increase TW air export volumes and profitability 積極向海外代理和辦事處銷售我們的空運出口費率，促進台灣空運出口以增加台灣空運出口量和盈利能力 • Improving and enlarging our air export service wherever possible 盡可能改善和擴大我們的空運出口服務 • Ensuring timely receiving of payments from FOB clients, reducing the overall open accounts 確保及時收到 FOB 客戶的付款，減少整體未結賬戶 • Other work assigned by Management and following company’s operational requirements and timelines 管理層分配的其他工作，並遵循公司的運營要求和時間表 任職資格 8年以上空運承攬業和團隊領導相關經驗 • Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment. 需要良好的書面和口頭溝通技巧以及在多元化的多元文化環境中有效溝通的能力 ° • Fluency in English and local language. 流利的英語和當地語言 • Education: College or University degree 專科/技術學院或大學畢業 • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other technical software 精通Microsoft Office應用程序和其他技術軟件 • Customer oriented, and good at communication skills. 以客戶為導向並善於溝通 • Sense of responsibility, emphasis on communication and teamwork 有責任感、重視溝通及團隊合作
