• Test and evaluate new displays supporting for new display technologies (like eDP 1.4,, FreeSyncTM, HDR, etc.) in compliance with industry standards and specs • Test and evaluate new Laptops and AIOs from OEM partners for FreeSyncTM and other new features • Reproduce and debug issues with specific hardware and software • Maintain and update embedded FreeSyncTM AVL list as required • Provide technical support to customers, including product testing/updating, applications, quality issue and technical problem resolution. • Working with internal marketing and development teams to determine feasibility of new products and features • Solving customer system setup and configuration challenges. • Working with customers to manage quality issues in customer manufacturing and field applications • Assisting other members of Alliances team
