Ocean Product Manager

Supports operations, sales, marketing and product procurement strategies, providing operational and pricing support to close business opportunities. Communicate business observations, market trends, customer feedback, etc. • Manages Ocean carrier relationships • Leads and manages Ocean contract negotiations for the service scope responsibility identified. • Completes monthly trend analysis • Participates in client QBRs with CWW clients as needed • Supports Inside sales/bid/RFQ • Conducts Market Intelligence reporting • Leads analytics, metrics and reporting needs and improvements for the Ocean Product Management team • Reviews service contract amendments • Submits all contracts and amendments once signed or approved • Maintains CWW Rate Matrix • Participates in problem resolution discussions as needed by local stations.
