職缺描述

Job Description 1、Documentation and System Support • Assist in sorting out and uploading contract documentation. • Assist in vendor reimbursement applications in the Office Automation system. 2、Team and Business Support • Coordinate team meetings, cross-functional meetings, and team activities. • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department‘s activities. • Organize cross-functional division meetings and take meeting minutes. • Support company POA including coordinating MKT agenda, facility, and shipping. • Implement Diabetes online test and analyze test results for sales leads and marketers. • Apply for and reimburse marketers‘ parking fees. • Assist in training MKT regular vendors on business needs. 3、Event/Symposium Support • Search for appropriate vendors to execute marketing programs and ensure adherence to the company‘s process. • Collaborate with marketers to find event venues, internal processes, documents, and on-site support activities. Ensure that all aspects of events/symposiums are organized and compliant with the timeline and regulations. • Support marketers‘ meeting or event planning and coordinate activities. • Collaborate with external agencies or vendors to execute marketing programs or events. • Provide on-site support for symposiums, conferences, and events. • Assist in reviewing quotations and reimbursements. 4、Warehouse Management • Manage warehouse and conduct annual site inspections. • Manage the OA System for promotional material and liaise with internal stakeholders and warehouse contact window. • Import and export marketers’ promotional material. • Support marketers in managing inventory, coordinating material lists, reviewing and destroying promotional material annually. • Collaborate on material information with internal coordinators (including patient educators, medical supporters, and obesity team supporters). • Support the sales team with promotional material issues and forward to the correct contact window. • Update promotional export information for the warehouse on a weekly basis within the OA system. 5、Support MKT&RD Director • Provide general administrative support to the department director, including creating key presentations, performance boards, slides, or reports as needed, handling inquiries, and managing the office calendar. • Coordinate files and utilize Concur on behalf of the department director. • Apply for quarterly reimbursements for the department director. 6、Support Rare Disease Sales Team • Assist the RD sales team with department meeting arrangements. • Provide reimbursement support. 附加條件

Qualifications •Bachelor‘s Degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Life Science or equivalent is preferred. (學士以上學歷,工商管理、藥學、生命科學或同等學歷的學士學位為優先) • Has experience on marketing assistance is preferred. (有行銷助理經驗者為優先) • Has experience in Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry is preferred. (有製藥業或快速消費品產業經驗者為優先) • Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). (熟悉微軟文書軟體: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Analytical and logical thinking, capability for data and root cause analysis to perform appropriate and agile actions. (擁有邏輯思維以及分析數據和問題之能力,以採取適當且敏捷的行動方案) • Excellent interpersonal skills, highly organized and attention to detail. (具備高效溝通能力,並對組織性與細節有高度的關注力) • A team player with good interpersonal skill, easy to communicate and has high EQ to work with. (為有良好人際關係、易於溝通和高情商的團隊合作者) • Effective communication across various teams. (能夠在不同團隊間進行有效溝通) • Problem-solving, and the ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously. (具有解決問題的能力,並能夠同時處理眾多任務) • Event coordination, and vendor management. (活動協調,以及供應商管理)
