We welcome you to join the team. 【In this position, you will learn to- 】 1. Gain an exclusive insight of the Automotive industry, including the market status, supply chain and future trend. 2. Become familiar with Automotive systems of in Europe, America, China, Japan and their requirements in product development, quality and service. 3. Understand cutting edge technology, product realization and manufacture process of Garmin’s Automotive electronics projects. 4. Grasp the latest market information of Automotive electronics and practice strategic thinking to realize customer satisfaction. 5. Work alongside multinational clients and Garmin associates to expand global horizons. 【Responsibility】 1. Serve as team leader of Technical Testing Development team, responsible for team management and cross function team collaboration. 2. Set team target. Allocate resource, schedule according to priorities, and work with team to achieve the goals. 3. Develop automation test tools/fixtures which can be used to test the software/hardware functions (e.g., Media, Navi, BT, Connected services, and vehicle networks) of all of our automotive products. 4. Develop test scripts and execute automation test for system validation, as well as improve validation processes and methodologies. 5. Collaborate closely with Garmin global associates to develop, maintain and enhance automation test tools. 6. Research the new technology and new testing feature / facility, particularly regarding automation and AI technologies for the automotive products. 【Minimum Qualifications】 1. 5+ years software development experience; 3+ years team/project management experience (OEM/ODM experience is preferred). 2. Expertise in one or more of the programming languages C, C++, C#, Python. 3. Experience with one or more of software, firmware, hardware design for automation test. 4. Experience with git, gerrit or SVN. 5. Good English communication skill. 6. Good teamwork ability. 【Preferred Qualifications】 1. Familiar with Automotive products, LLM, NLP and deep learning, as well as common testing metrics. 2. Experience with CAN bus/Vector CAPL. 3. Experience with testing fixtures/equipment control. 4. Experience with Image processing or audio processing. 5. Experience in quality assurance for Automotive, AI-related products, or understanding of basic principles and techniques of LLM, NLP, and deep learning, as well as familiarity with common testing metrics.
