職缺描述
•Troubleshooting Desktop / Laptop OS issues including hardware. -Predominantly HP PC Hardware -HP On-site support depending of contract per country •Assigning/revoking assets and recording in tools used locally (globally in the future). -Deploy new PC (Receiving, shipping, etc…) -Returned devices to leaser (Consolidating, shipping,etc…) •Configuration and troubleshooting of OS (Windows 11), Mails (Outlook), Microsoft Office 365, other standard software, and in-house applications (training will be provided for in house applications – SAP, Oracle, SalesForces) on Desktop, Laptop, Cloud PC, Citrix, etc...) -Following business case approval, upgrade or downgrade hardware on Desktop / Laptop (eg: RAM, HDD) oInstallation / re-installation / configuration of in-scope client software / applications using Company Portal tools. -Troubleshooting e-mail client related issues. •Installation / configuration / troubleshooting of systems: -Network Printers, Multifunction devices (print/scan) -IP Phones, Soft phone. -Print Queues for Servers / Users / Groups. •Coordinate support: -Local area network issues (LAN – Switches, Cores, Edges, etc…) -SDWAN/UTM issues -DHCP client – (Limited to configuration issues) •Escalate to next level Technical Specialist if an issue is not resolved. 【條件】 1.具備微軟Windows作業系統及Office相關知識 2.具備IT基本設備知識及區域網路的基本了解 3.英文具備讀寫能力 4.資訊、資管或理工科系 不限學校，歡迎對電腦相關感興趣並具備基本知識者 【加分條件】 Microsoft、Cisco、SQL等相關專業認證或經驗 能與員工團隊進行互動溝通合作 【工作地點】 台北市南港區經貿二路198號 【工作時間】正常日班工作，周休二日 【福利】 -保障年薪13.5個月 - 完整教育訓練制度 - 享有勞保、健保、團體保險 - 中秋、端午、生日禮金 - 嶄新舒適辦公環境 - 通勤方便，離捷運站近 此為長期穩定職缺，歡迎對IT職缺及外商公司有興趣者投遞履歷 ➸電話洽詢 03-370-1558 #112 或手機0906-969-300 李小姐
