Responsibilities: 1. Act as a communication bridge between customers and the Japan site. 2. Assist in collecting, clarifying, and defining customer feature requests. 3. Troubleshoot issues and identify potential bugs in products or systems. 4. Support the introduction and application of developing AI/ML-based analysis tools. 5. Explaining strengths of suitable applications and assist integration for customer. Qualifications: 1. Experience in semiconductor, automation, software, equipment service, or other related technical fields. 2. Exposure to troubleshooting, debugging, or problem analysis. 3. Basic understanding of automation or software systems. 4. Basic knowledge of data .science, machine learning, and software engineering concepts.
