We are the SIMULIA Plastics R&D team located in Zhubei, Taiwan, responsible for developing high-quality simulation software for the plastic injection molding industry. Our products include SOLIDWORKS Plastics and 3DEXPERIENCE Plastic Injection Engineer, and are widely used around the world. Our parent company, Dassault Systèmes, is over 23,800 strong, driven by a shared passion: to prove how the virtual world can improve real life. Roles & Responsibilities - Focus on user experience and interface design, utilizing technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS - Write and automate comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and reliability - Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance whilst staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improve development processes - Collaborate effectively within an agile development team, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives while providing technical guidance, mentor team members, and make strategic decisions regarding technology choices and best practices Qualifications - Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science or a related field - Experience performing Plastics Injection Molding simulations - Proficiency in Front-end technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS. A good understanding of C++ and object-oriented programming would be a strong plus. - Demonstrate some understanding of web application architecture and have experience in automation and unit test technologies - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills and able to work independently and as part of a team - 6 months availability , work at least 2 -3 days per week What‘s in it for you - Work on cutting-edge cloud projects and contribute to the future of our platform - Shape the direction of our development team - Collaborate with talented engineers, product owners, and industry experts to expand your skillset and knowledge
