[Key responsibilities] Sales Process Optimization • Assist sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness • Work with regional functional teams to facilitate administrative works • Implement best practices and AI automation tools to streamline workflows CRM & Sales Tools Adoption • Maintain and optimize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for Sales team • Attend Sales training courses and summaries key points to update to Sales team • Get familiar with sales enablement tools Data Analysis & Reporting • Analyze Sales performance metrics (conversion rates, collect design pipeline and monitor its health) • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights to leadership • Assist in Sales forecasting and quota setting Sales support & Strategy • Support Sales team with regional visitor planning and logistics handing • Assist in pricing quote load, rebate approvals, track PO booking status, and contract processes Cross-functional Collaboration • Assist gathering sales feedback regarding sales enablement material using status [Requirements] • 1+ years of experience in Sales Operation, Business Analysis, or Sales/Sales Support would be a plus • Attention to details • Team player with strong collaboration skills • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or BI tools • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) • Good English speaking and Communication skills, Toeic 700up *本職缺為派遣工作,一年一簽 *任職滿一年,期滿獎金1個月
