This role is responsible for the detailed operational implementation of the performance tracking / management tools and providing the skills transfer to the operational team 職務說明: • 協助各站點導入營運管理系統,教導相關管理工具應用,績效追蹤及標準化 • 透過DHL營運管理系統的工具,來整合相關資料及進行分析 • 利用數據分析的結果與營運單位建議各項流程及營運優化方案 • 定期參與亞太區會議,更新進度及執行決議分派項目 • 主管交辦其他事宜 Responsibilities: • Act as the data system spokesman by promoting the usage and importance of data • Create and drive data culture by encouraging site to use the tools that were implemented and showing them the important of having data • Monitor and ensure data quality by conducting checks • Encourage operations to make decision based on data analysis tools • Propose solution to catch up performance data • Other tasks assigned by supervisor
