【Job Purpose】 Provide strategic oversight and management to ensure design and implementation of organisational development strategies for the movement. Provide leadership to the programme areas required to support and enable AI Taiwan to progressively improve human rights and growth outcomes. The Movement Building coordinator is responsible for leading on the movement’s organisational transformation through capacity building and accountability, aligned on Amnesty Core Standards and in collaboration with all teams in AI Taiwan. 【Main Responsibilities】 • Organisational development and capacity-building. • Accountability and accreditation aligned with Core Standards. • Anti-racism, for Amnesty to become an anti-racist organisation. • Wellbeing and conflict management frameworks and tools. • Resource Allocation, ensuring an efficient and equitable share of financial resources within the section. • Supporting and advising the teams in the project from volunteers to activists journey, creating more opportunities on the cooperation with groups and secretariat. • Using the online support tools in the Amnesty Leadership website, providing and connecting training materials resources for managers, Directors and board members. • Design and regularly update frameworks, approaches, policies and toolkits in all Movement Building areas of work, based on organizational development data. • Facilitate learning and sharing, sharing best practices. • Encourage Risk assessment and business continuity plans • Manage complex internal crisis management happening at national entity level, supporting change management and learnings. • Design and implement a single comprehensive accountability and core standards reporting framework, which may include an accreditation system and tools for transparent reporting and learnings for progress. • Supporting the leadership with the implementation of the global strategy. • Design and implement relevant dashboards on movement organizational health and main risks and mitigations plans for the leadership. • Supporting in developing a movement information management system to gather movement data and streamline and simplify the reporting systems in place. • Drive the efforts towards more integrated and collaborative ways of working and ensure that robust coordination systems are in place. • Energise and organize the management team and national entity leadership as a whole to further improve the ways of working and communicating. • Development of strategic and operational plans for the Movement-building programme. • Ensuring effective communications across programmes.
