【職務內容】 1. OPTICS technical service in customer site and test in Lab 2. Provide remote and on-site technical service (RTS/OTS) according to customer’s requirement 3. On-call arrangement during holiday / weekend/ hours after work (average 2 weeks/per month rotate) 4. Provide trouble shooting report (RCA report) and service record signed back by customer on-time. 5. Co-work with colleagues and hardware repair team. 6. Join customer review meeting on demand 7. Self-study and join technical training/skill training /mandatory training from Web portal. 8. Create/update/resolve/close service records (ticket) in system, and weekly update 9. working place are arranged by team lead, depands on each project. 1. 在客戶端提供 OPTICS 技術服務,並於實驗室進行測試 2. 依據客戶需求提供遠端與現場技術服務(RTS / OTS) 3. 節假日、周末、下班後輪值(平均每月約 2 週) 4. 提供問題分析報告(RCA)並取得客戶簽核紀錄 5. 與同事及硬體維修團隊合作 6. 按需求參與客戶檢討會議 7. 自主學習並完成線上平台上的技術課程 8. 在系統內建立/更新/解決/結案服務紀錄(Ticket),並每週進行狀態更新 9. 工作地點會根據專案在不同地點,由主管安排
