The ideal candidate will combine product management expertise with project oversight skills to ensure alignment between market needs, product vision, and project deliverables. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, production, and marketing, to deliver innovative, high-quality motherboard solutions. ★Key Responsibilities: 1). Product Management: Define product strategy and roadmap for the motherboard product line based on market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback. Specify product features and requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create go-to-market strategies, positioning, and pricing models. Monitor product performance post-launch, analyze user feedback, and implement iterative improvements. 2). Project Oversight: Oversee the project development process, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of motherboard products. Collaborate with project teams to establish clear milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements. Track project progress, address potential bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure effective communication across teams, maintaining alignment between product goals and project execution. 3). Stakeholder Management: Serve as the central point of contact between engineering, design, manufacturing, and marketing teams. Present product updates, timelines, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders. 4). Innovation & Industry Insights: Stay updated on trends in motherboard technology, customer needs, and competitor products. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in motherboard design and functionality. ★Qualifications and Skills: ＜Education＞ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. ＜Experience＞ 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in hardware development or related industries. Proven track record of managing the end-to-end lifecycle of technology products, especially motherboards or PC components. Experience in project management or overseeing development processes is essential. ＜Technical Skills＞ Solid understanding of motherboard architecture, components, and manufacturing processes. ＜Language Skills＞ Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, to coordinate effectively with international teams and stakeholders. ＜Soft Skills＞ Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Effective communicator with the ability to manage diverse teams and complex priorities.
