• Independently analyze website and online distribution channel/campaign performance • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of information displayed on websites, OTAs, and all landing pages to maintain high-quality customer experiences. • Identify and develop new distribution channels to expand the hotel‘s reach and increase booking potential. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines with efficiency and accuracy. • Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure smooth execution of all tasks and projects. • Optimize online marketing tools, execute targeted advertising campaigns, and create engaging content across all digital channels, including brand websites and third-party platforms. • Primary responsibility is to drive hotel revenue growth and enhance overall marketing performance. • Experienced in channel manager systems and familiar with all OTA tools to ensure pricing and availability up to date and consistency across all distribution channel. • Team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, ensuring effective collaboration with internal and external. • Provide cross-property support to maintain daily operational efficiency.
